Return & Refund Policy

At CartMint, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • Product is damaged

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product has manufacturing defect

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Used products

  • Minor colour/design variations due to screen differences

  • Items without original packaging

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping charges may apply

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
